Residence (studio flats 1 or 2 people)
- General situation
The Citéa residences are situated 20 walking minutes
from our language school, and approximately one bus stop
away. The Citéa Magnan residence, which is equipped
with air-condition, and is situated very close to the "Promenade
des Anglais" and the beach. The Acropolis residence
(no air-conditioning) is right next to the old town. Both
residences dispose of an outdoor swimming pool from June
until September.

- Description
All of the studios consist of a double bed or two single
beds (twin room), a fully equipped kitchenette, with a microwave
and an electric cooker, a desk, a bathroom with either shower
or bath and a toilet, a telephone with direct lines, a television
receiving satellite channels and free Internet access.

- Services included: reception 24h /24, linen on
arrival, messages
- Extra services: cleaning, washing of linen, breakfast,
laundrette, parking possibilities

- Airport/ train station transfer
You can be picked up at Nice station or airport upon arrival and
taken back for
departure. It is necessary to inform us on the time and date of
your arrival (including
flight or train number) no later than 5 days before your arrival.

available from 9am until 10pm, Saturday and Sunday (other hours

- Arrival - departure
After having gone through the inventory of the room, you will
receive the house rules of the residence as well as the key for
your bedroom. This has to be left again the latest at 12 o'clock
on the Saturday of your departure.
- Deposit
200 € upon arrival, cheques, credit cards or cash accepted
