The Montebello Residence answers to all modern comfort standards.
It is situated in a quite area, surrounded by a green park
Park. The school Azurlingua can be reached by bus within
10 minutes or 25 minutes by foot.
Lignes de bus : Sunbus 1,2,22,23,24, 37 (St-Barthélémy,
Lépine, Valrose) ; Noctambus n°3 (jusqu'à
2h du matin

- Description
There are two different types of rooms available:
- Single room " COMFORT " : 1bed, desk, cupboard,
sink, fridge 40 L, bathroom and W.C.
- Double room " COMFORT " : 2 bed, desk, cupboard,
sink, fridge 40 L, bathroom und W.C. (reservation also for
½ double room possible).

- Restauration
A Cafeteria can be found in the Montebello Residence,
which offers half board service, (Breakfast and dinner)
for 9€/day (Daily except Sunday). This service is not
included in the price.

- Airport/ train station transfer
You can be picked up at Nice station or airport upon arrival and
taken back for departure. It is necessary to inform us on the
time and date of your arrival (including flight or train number)
no later than 5 days before your arrival. This service is available
from 9am until 10pm, Saturday and Sunday (other hours and other
days: contact us).
- Arrival & Departure
Arrivals Sunday from 9am until 10pm. After having gone through
the inventory of the room, you will receive the residence's house
rules as well as the key for your bedroom. The room has to be
left again the latest at 12pm on the Saturday of your departure.
- Deposit
200 € upon arrival (cheque, CB or cash).
